Copies of the latest Town Audit are available in the office of the Town Clerk.

The Town Clerk's Office is the center for public records and information including land records, vital statistics, elections, minutes of the numerous Boards and Commissions, maps and various licenses. The Town Clerk, Lauren Griffin and Town Clerk Assistant, Martha Lawton, strive to serve the Town of Marlborough in a friendly and efficient manner.

The Town Clerk’s Office issues and files various licenses and permits and the deadline for some of these should be noted.Veterans Discharges must be filed with the Town Clerk’s Office by September 30th to qualify for a tax exemption.Liquor Permits must be filed in the Town Clerk’s Office.
