Due to the increasingly high demand for notary public services, the Town Clerk’s office now asks that you make an apopointment to have your documents notarized.

There is a $5.00 fee for up to 3 notary signatures, $10.00 for any more than 3. If your document requires witnesses, please bring them with you.
You MUST BE a Marlborough resident, and provide a current photo ID to confirm your identity.
