Subject: Tax Base supported by the property owners within the proposed Lake Overlay District

Peter,It had been identified in a prior meeting that the Lake community was a significant contributor to the town of Marlborough's tax base.
The numbers have since been calculated and attached. Please include this as part of the record.

You will notice that the affected Lake community of property owners make up 1.5% of the total residential acreage (142 / 9364) in Marlborough but nearly 10% of the residential taxes are paid by lake property owners.
