In order to help ensure the use of 100% of available doses of COVID-19 vaccine at our clinics, we have launched a waiting/call-down list. This list will be used at the end of our vaccine clinics when we anticipate having extra doses (both first and second) available after all patients with scheduled appointments have been served. Residents who are interested in being called in to a clinic at the last minute for a vaccine should complete the registration form. Registration does not guarantee a call or a vaccine. Residents will be emailed or called based on our best estimate of available extra doses, which may result in some who are asked to come to a clinic but who ultimately do not receive vaccine.
