The minimum cost to review and processing for a permit is $100.00 this is to cover the cost for the permitting company as well as the administrative costs and the Building Officials review.

The maximum costs to review the plans and permit is based on the permitting company, the administrative costs, the time it takes to
review the plans as well as the correspondence required for the Building official to get the permit issued or denied.
